Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Halifax - Dartmouth

An absolute amazing hotel. We had the best service here at the Hampton. Everyone was friendly and polite. Went out of their way to provide excellent hospitality. Front desk staff always had the welcome smiles when we entered and always took the time to chat We will definitely be back. We love this hotel

My wife and I recently spent 8 nights at this property while on vacation in Nova Scotia. Our plan was to use the hotel as our home base and do day trips in a rental car to various local attractions. Overall we found the hotel to be clean and friendly, however there were a few items that seemed a bit odd, such as no room safe, no luggage rack and no alarm clock in the room. Staff were friendly. Helpful. The breakfast was ok, a bit more variety would’ve been nice, but it’s a buffet so they did pretty good. The waffles (chocolate & regular) are always good. The pool & hot tub were a nice amenity, when not overrun by kids.

Aman who checked us in was excellent. Had a smooth check in after a long drive from Chetticamp. As we are travelling with another couple, we asked for an extra chair and it was delivered promptly. The room is spacious with all that one needs and more. For future travels will def book with Hampton Inn & Suites. Lots of restaurants just across the road. Some shopping as well. But good idea to drive.

Lovely hotel, I didn't rate the rooms as I personally never stayed in the room I was in town for a business meeting in the hotel, so I can't critique what I never interacted with. The service was wonderful though, plenty of spacious parking, and walking distance to 25 restaurants and amenities like hairdressing and tanning booths. If you're in Dartmouth and want to save gas driving, look no further than this inn.

Comfortable and clean room. Right next to the greatest selection of restaurants within walking distance of any hotel I've stayed at. They had it all, yummy breakfast place, casual dining, Mexican, Greek, Canadian stalwarts (Swiss Chalet, Tim Hortons) Irish pub, sushi, etc. If you can't find something to eat when you start at this hotel, I'd hate to travel with you

Absolutely Wonderful Stay Every Time! We stay at this hotel regularly for hospital visits, and every time we’re here, it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff is absolutely amazing; so kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They always go above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable, which means the world to us during stressful times. What really touches our hearts is how sweet and friendly they are with my 2-year-old daughter. She’s always greeted with big smiles, and they make her feel just as special as we do. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and care we receive here. Thank you for making every stay feel safe, comfortable, and full of kindness. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suited in Dartmouth for 3 nights to hors a 3-day training meeting on location. The service was impeccable with great staff always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is also very well located, walking distance from shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. The park just across the highway (accessible on foot), gives you kilometers of nature to walk and explore. Overall a great experience and would recommend

I have been thoroughly spoiled during our stay here. A great price for a spacious family suite, a fun pool area, tasty breakfast, snacks, movie night for the guests, and exceptional service. From the guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, they have gone above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I have stayed at several Hamptons over the last few years and this location has the very best service. Thank you to the Hampton staff for a great weekend!
